Creativity and the practice of making lends itself to processing our experiences and coming to a greater understanding of trauma and its effect on our lives.
As we begin another academic year still in the midst of a global pandemic, we wanted to take a moment to reflect on how unprecedented events in the world and in our personal lives effect our mental health and creative output as makers.
