Eventually everything that we (humans) have created will be destroyed whether that is by our own hands or by something we cannot control. One thing is for certain, time will continue to move forward not caring at all about the destruction left in the past.

Throughout history imperialism has been the reason for war, and the destruction of a culture’s artwork and architecture. As the audience watches the animation, they are seeing a miniature world which shows multiple cultures. One by one these cultures turn into rubble and stained with red by lives lost in war. This destruction has repeated though the entirety of human history.

99% of all species that have existed are now extinct, and at some point, we will suffer the same fate. Today our lives are powered by extracting the energy from the earth. The very force of nature that we rely on for everyday life will lead human society to its end and nothing be left behind. This animation shows human society being represented by an urban, suburban and rural area. These separate sections are all being power core of energy, which serves as Earth’s core. This power overtakes society and be consumed unable to do anything.
