Individual Projects Have individualized schedules - see student work section of the course web page - but conform to the following critique schedule: |
||
| Project 1 | Monday, February 25 | 1/4 screen movie files are minimally required for animations | |
| Project 2 | Monday, March 31 | ||
| Project 3 | Wednesday, April 30 | ||
| Failure to meet individualized project deadlines will result in lowered grades. You may re-negotiate your production schedule through-out the semester. But if you miss any self-defined deadline by more than a week, you'll fail the project. In that case, you will not be allowed to rework it for a better grade. Documentation of your progress MUST be reflected in your submission pages or it will not count as completed! Developing and exercising time management skills are an important aspect of this class. All redone projects are to be finished by Wednesday, April 30 for final critique. At this time, full-frame 720x486 QT movie or other appropriate format are required. |

final exam |
Final Examination & CD Documentation Wednesday, May 14 - 3:30-5:30 p.m. CD Documentation of all semester work must contain final renders (full-frame 720x486 QT movies) as well as Lighwave resources (if appropriate); AfterEffects resources are not required. Your grades/transcripts will be encumbered if this is not turned into the instructor. For students with Lightwave resources, during this class period, you must load each scene file and make sure all elements are in place. The take-home final will be posted on-line. |
