Individual Projects
Project 1 critique -- February 9
Project 2 critique -- March 9
Project 3 critique -- April 6
Final critiques - begin May 4

according to individual schedules - see student work section

Failure to meet assignment and project deadlines will result in lowered grades. You may re-negotiate your production through-out the semester. If you miss any self-defined deadline within a project by more than a week WITHOUT re-negotiating, you'll fail the project. In that case, you will not be allowed to rework it for a better grade. Documentation of your progress MUST be reflected in your submission pages or it will not count as completed!

If you are currently enrolled in Art499 and have production guidelines for sound collaborations, your animation production schedule may be sped up in relation to the above critique schedule - be mindful!

Developing and exercising time management skills are an important aspect of this class.

All projects are to be finished - rendered FULL FRAME as QT movies by Tuesday, May 4 for critique.

Final Examination & CD Documentation
Monday, May 11 - 3:30-5:30 pm

CD or DVD data documentation of all semester work must contain final renders (full-frame QT movies) as well as Lighwave resources (if appropriate); AfterEffects resources are not required. Your grades/transcripts will be encumbered if this is not turned into the instructor.

For students with Lightwave resources, during this class period, you must load each scene file and make sure all elements are in place.

The take-home final will be collected via email.
