Digital Art ~ Entry Guidelines
Submission deadline:
Type of work accepted
- Digital Imaging(prints)
- net.art
- Video Art

Eligibility
- Student status at the time the work was created
- Work does not have to originate from a class
Rules
- Students may enter as many works as they wish
- All work must have been completed after August 2005
Submission Guidelines
All work submitted MUST be Accompanied by an entry form
Digital Imaging(prints)
- Digital Prints do not need to be framed or matted
- For each print submitted you must also submit a jpeg of the image on CD
- file names(for jpegs) must begin with the artist's last name, followed by a short title(i.e.,"smith_identity01.jpg")
- Disc must be clealy labeled with artist's name
- Warning: prints may be regected due to poor print quality
net. art
- net.art must be able to launch and run from disc
- discs must be clearly labeled with artist's name
Video Art
- Video must be in Quicktime format(.mov)
- Frame size, no larger than 720x480(smaller is ok)
- file names MUST begin with the artist's last name, followed by a short title(i.e.,"smith_fotofall.mov")
- Quicktime files must be submitted on a CD or data DVD
- Discs must be clearly labeled with artist's name
Turn in all Digital Art CDS/data DVDs and entry forms to Jennie Stoelting in Art Annex 10A. Slide them under the door if locked.
If you have prints to submit, you should email Jenniestoelting@MissouriState.edu and make an appointment to drop them off.
