Computer Animation ~ Entry Guidelines
Submission deadline:
Type of work accepted
- 3D modeled image
- 2D/3D animation
Eligibility
- Student status at the time the work was created
- Work does not have to originate from a class
Rules
- Students may enter as many works as they wish
- No length restriction (works may be cut to fit within the allotted time)
- All animations must have a title and complete credits
- All animations must have been completed after May 2005, and have not appeared in a previous Animation Manifesto
- All 3D modeled images must have been completed after January 2005
Submission Guidelines
3D modeled image
- Images must be in JPEG format
- Image size must be at least 1024 x 768 (bigger is ok)
- File names MUST begin with the artist's last name, followed by a short title (i.e.“Smith_BlueMoon.jpg”)
- Files must be submitted on a CD or data DVD, disk must be clearly labeled with artist's name!
2D/3D animation
- Animations must be in QuickTime format (.mov)
- Frame size, no larger than 720 x 486 (smaller is ok)
- File names MUST begin with the animator's last name, followed by a short title (i.e. “Smith_Weird_Mickey.mov”)
- Files must be submitted on a CD or data DVD, disk must be clearly labeled with animator's name!
Each work submitted MUST be accompanied by an entry form.
Turn in CDs or data DVDs and entry forms to Rebecca Xu in MCCE room 502C. Put them under her door if locked.

This is a free juried show. Not all works submitted will be exhibited. Prizes will be awarded at the exhibition reception, which begins 7:00 p.m., February 16, 2006 at the Student Exhibition Center at Missouri State University, Springfield, Missouri.
